We can ship most all items internationally, but cannot export a few items limited by CITES such as Brazilian Rosewood or Ivory.

* PRICE AND TAX
If the shipping address is outside Japan, Japanese domestic tax (called "消費税 (shouhizei)") won't be added to the price.
Customs duties (import tax) aren't included in the item price or shipping cost. We don't know all foreign tax rates, so if you have a question about import tax please contact the nearby tax office in your country.
We don't undervalue items on the custom form.
Normally, we use EMS(Japan Post) or FedEx.
Shipping cost varies by the destination country.
The parcel will have a tracking number, so you can check the shipping status at transporter website.
Generally, it will take about 1-2 weeks to deliver.
*It may take more due to COVID-19 circumstances.

We don't accept credit card payments issued outside Japan.
Please use PayPal service if you want to use your credit card.

* RETURN POLICY
We don't accept returns on international orders.
But please feel free to tell us if the item you received is broken or defective. We will make an effort to solve the matter.
* About the validity of the warranty
Warranty cards for products sold in Japan are valid only in Japan.
Therefore, the warranty will be invalid for overseas sales.
